“My husband and I called Seelye Ford about a specific truck we were interested in to see if it was still there, since it was we drove from Battle Creek the following day to take a look, we did not have an appt nor did we give a time we'd be there, the minute we walked through the door a very polite salesman named Bryan greeted us and asked how he could help, we gave him the name of the salesman we had spoke with and he asked us to have a seat and he got Braxton our salesman, not even 5min. later Braxton politely introduced himself and didn't waste a min. he told us he'll bring the truck to the door and we could go for a test drive, we loved it! We stopped at a gas station and called our credit union to get a pre approval letter for the loan and contacted our insurance agent for proofs, we were only gone 15min. When we got back it took our insurance a bit to send proofs, but we spent that time talking about a warranty and gap with a nice man nicknamed Tater, he really knew all about those things, explained things throughly and wasn't the least bit pushy, he got all the paperwork ready to sign and the proof of insurance arrived, we signed the papers, they detailed/cleaned truck and put in some gas. We are now the proud owners of a 2014 Dodge Ram truck! We have never had a experience at a car lot as amazing as this place, every single person in there was polite, kind and caring especially our salesman Braxton!! It took very little time to get things done. I highly recommend Seelye Ford of Kalamazoo to everyone! Braxton and Bryan are awesome salesman and I'm sure the rest are as well. Even brought tons of snacks for my kids :) They worked very hard to get me into a vehicle that was in my budget; little did I know it would be a brand new vehicle! “I dealt with Tay & Jalen from Seelye. The dealership was a couple hours away from where I lived. I did not want to waste anyone's time, so I asked for more pictures and a video. They did not hesitate and had it back to me within half an hour. They even sent me more information on the truck without asking. I asked for numbers, they were sent right over. The price was the price, no add-ons, no numbers playing. I said I was interested; he wanted to know if I wanted to come in this week. With the great service, and the up front with everyone, I chose to drive the 2 hours with my son that evening and arrived an hour before they closed, drove the truck, it was exactly what I expected. Drove home with a new super duty. I only give honest reviews - Bad or Good, because I believe bad service should be Exposed as well as really good service. Defiantly use Jalen and Tay, they will be your new sales guys whenever you need one. My Experience with other dealers. I own a business that goes through trucks fairly often. I purchase trucks about every 2 years due to miles. I buy Super Duty trucks, but I like to buy gently used with low miles with certain comfortable features. I have purchased out of state for the last 7-8 years. I have had them always shipped to me in Michigan. You run into dealers who will advertise a cheaper price and great deal. But then add fees they will not take off that will bring the price over a good deal. It is the bait and switch.”
