“First off I have to thank my salesman Hank! He went above and beyond to work for us from the test drive to working the numbers. He clearly explained the entire process and stayed with us throughout. Even went as far as ensuring our items were transferred from our old car to our new car. I’d also like to point out the fairness of our deal because the sales managers and GM ensures the price I seen on the internet was in fact the price I got the car far. By far the best experience buying a car I have ever had in my 35 years. Would definitely go back and recommend not only Steele but Hank specifically!”

“Update 2/24/26 - today while driving the hood release latch fell off onto the floor onto my feet. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS) this speaks to the lack of quality repairs these guys make. I also had Dash screws on the floor when I picked up in December. There is no quality of work a 2026 with interior falling apart from there attempted repairs that have all failed 7 of them to be exact. Update 2/23/26 - Car is still not fixed. They gave me the car back last week claiming all repairs were done. 2 issues, the first they replaced the BDC module and never mentioned i needed to bring my 2nd key to get it reprogrammed, Actually they never told me it needed to be done at all. So the next day my wife tries to take it to work and cant get into it cant drive it nothing because her key wasn't programmed to the car. First cold night i have it back and guess what same issues that were supposedly fixed, that they have failed to fix 6 times and 3 months with it in the shop. Absolute nightmare, Now i have to bring it back in and no loaner no help with rental car. Absolute waste of money and time. They are not helpful at all but they sure can ask me 700000 times to update my review to something other than a 1 star review, since i have been asked to update my review a million times here's my updated review. This place is still cant get anything right and is not helpful at all. Never once been reached out to by the GM or the Service Manager. Never tried to make anything right, just them worried about my review and asking me to update it. Update 1/9/26 - Still no car, Update 1/2/26 - Now at 31 days no resolution. photos added. Remember 2 times I took my car into the dealership they gave it back to me and said all i needed to do was "charge my battery" Update 12/29/25 - Another failed repair attempt and still no resolution. Now 27 Days downtime. Service Department – Unorganized, Poor Communication, Lack of Experience I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Limited, and my experience with both the sales and service departments has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Service Department Experience In October, my vehicle experienced a severe battery issue. The battery drained, and the dashboard lit up with multiple errors — check engine light, safety system failures, headlight and door module errors. The vehicle wouldn’t allow me to turn off the headlights or lock the doors. I took it to the dealership the next day, where they kept it for 4–5 days. I was told the battery had simply drained and needed to be charged. By November, the issue became repetitive and clearly cold-weather related. After any cold night: Battery would be below 30% Doors would not unlock (manual key required) Dash full of warning lights Turn signals inoperable Headlights couldn’t be adjusted Heated seats and steering wheel disabled Once the battery charged, everything worked normally. If the car sat 12–13 hours during the day, there were zero issues. If it was cold overnight, the problem happened again. If it wasn’t cold, there were no issues at all. This happened about 15 times in November. On December 1st, I returned to the dealership and waited 3 hours. I was again told the car was fixed and the battery just needed to be charged. I refused to take the vehicle and insisted they keep it overnight. The next morning, I received a call stating the vehicle did exactly what I said it would. I returned on December 5th, only to find out they had not touched the vehicle at all. I was assured a diagnosis would be ready the following week. On December 10th, I called and was told there was still no diagnosis. On December 11th, I received a call saying the issue was fixed — supposedly caused by paint on the threads of a ground wire. This explanation made little sense for an intermittent, cold-weather issue, especially since I was repeatedly told there was no parasitic draw. I was told to pick the car up the next day. On Friday, December 12th, I received a text saying the vehicle was not ready because it was doing the same exact thing again.”

“(STEELE HYUNDAI SALES NEW DEFECTIVE CARS) I traded in my beautiful 2020 Hyundai Sonata that was in great condition inside and out for a brand new 2025 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I had been wanting a hybrid and they had one that I liked. I spent the entire day at the dealership trying to get a deal done. I noticed some defects and blemishes on the brand new vehicle and they told me they would take care of it. To make a long story short, they did a very lousy job at fixing the damages on this brand new vehicle. My beautiful new car still looks like crap with the water staines and chipped roof that they did a super lousy job on repairing. I never received my touch up paint on the scratch they also did a lousy job on repairing. I'm embarrassed to even mention I bought this car brand new with the chipped roof above the windshield that is very noticeable. My advice to anyone planning on purchasing a car from this dealership, if you see anything wrong whatsoever with the vehicle, don't buy it or leave it at the dealership until it is completely repaired the right way because it will never get corrected or fixed. I have purchased many new cars through out my life and this was the worst car buying experience ever. If I would have known this is how they were going to stick me with this new car purchase, I would have happily kept my beautiful 2020 Sonata.”

“[NEW UPDATE: Tuesday Morning] It is now Tuesday morning, and I have still not received the promised quote that was guaranteed to be emailed on Monday. This ongoing lack of follow-through is extremely disappointing and confirms the poor experience I had on-site. The dealership has failed to honor the only commitment they made to me after my visit. [UPDATE]: The dealer responded and correctly noted that I was late for my original appointment with Dennis. Because of this, I was assisted by a different salesperson who (as the dealer's reply mentioned) was "not caught up" with my situation. While this explains the painfully slow process, it still doesn't excuse the outcome. It took two full hours of waiting—with the salesperson taking multiple lengthy trips to the back office—just to discover the car I drove to see was already sold. The dealership failed to deliver on two key promises of my visit: 1. Car Availability: I learned the vehicle was sold only after a two-hour wait. 2. Quotation: The second reason for my visit was to get a quote on a similar vehicle, a request they had promised they could fulfill if I came in. Despite repeated asking during my wait, the team was unable to produce any numbers for me, asking me to return home and wait for the quote via email on Monday instead. My primary frustration is that my drive and two hours of time were completely wasted, as they failed to deliver on both the test drive and the promised quote. The facility itself is clean and modern, but the fast-paced music they play gives a 'rush' feeling, which was a very confusing contrast to the actual slow service. I will update this review based on the follow-up email I am expecting on Monday.”

“A CUT ABOVE IN PRICING, SELECTION AND FRIENDLINESS. Give these fine people a chance for your business. They helped us get in to a new 2025 Ioniq 5 and we're are very happy with our transaction. Our salesman, Marcus Mendez, was very personable and attentive. They are in a beautiful new facility with an advanced service center. We plan on maintaining a relationship with this team for many years to come.”
