“Traveling home from Arkansas to Texas yesterday, 9/24/25, I found myself broke down unexpectedly with major mechanical issues. I hadn't been home in 50 days, really thinking I was stuck for a few more days waiting on repairs. The service department, management and the staff were absolutely great. “I never do reviews, but had to take time for this one. Franks Chevrolet service dept. went above and beyond for our family yesterday. We were traveling to Louisiana from Indiana and started to break down about 20 minutes from their shop. We called to see if they could get us in, even though they were closing within the hour. The manager Derek was so kind to commit to at least have Johnny look at it. Johnny immediately diagnosed the problem and assured he would get it taken care of first thing in the morning. They helped us look for near by hotels and dining. Allen gave us a ride to our hotel and Derek picked us up the next morning when our vehicle was ready.
