“Update to the five star review. I could not have been more clear with Colton. To run my credit with one place. I come home several days later I have three hits. I knew there would be one with the dealer and one with the bank. Not three…!!!! This is before the updated review. Rocky Top is an outstanding jeep dealer. Large selection of vehicles. Our sales guy Mike M. Was great, very personal, great attitude not pushy. Colton in finance was a pleasure to deal with also. “Big shout out to Ken and Dan for a great deal. I asked for a price on a specific Grand Cherokee by email. About an hour later received a price I considered fair enough that I simply agreed to pay it. There were no pressure tactics for add ons, extra warranties, 10 phone calls a day, etc., just a price and a purchase. This is exactly how auto shopping should be. I drove over an hour to buy from Rocky Top when there are at least 5 other Jeep dealers closer to me. I made the drive due to them offering a reasonable price up front.
