The car had not only been repaired;but, was washed and cleaned inside and out. I can honestly say this is our dealer for life.”

“Very pleased with the final services that were performed but took much longer to complete than what was originally intended. Communication was not as prompt as I would have liked. I had to reach out several times to get an update on the completion date. Understood that they were short a technician and one part ordered arrived broken and had to be reordered but would have expected that information to be relayed to me. Service Manager was very professional and courteous.”

“Had to have 4 recalls done. After having my appointment rebooked over 2 weeks out, when I arrived I was told they needed my Aviator Grand Touring for days, when on the phone they told me over night. With no rental. They did do the work in a super timely manor even though they did not look at it until the 2nd day (I can track when it’s been moved). But they were kind and understood when I turned down future service due to my own mechanic. They did provide a ride to work when I dropped it off. Not bad, but I’ve had better experiences at other Lincoln dealerships out of state. They are friendly and kind. Timing and no rental for 4 recalls is the only reason for 4 stars.”

“We decided to try the at-home oil change service. Once we found a time that worked for everyone, the service technician arrived early. He was quite polite and helpful. The oil change, fluid and tire adjustments took about 30 minutes. He let me know I could pay online and that the dealership would still do the usual wonderful complimentary carwash when we get by there.”
