“Just tried to call and get information on a vehicle we seen online. Started discussing prices and asking questions about rebates etc. Shown online. Salesman said he would have to discuss with his manager and would call back next day. Next day no call So, I called multiple times and no call back only kept being told Alvin Collins would call us back. Finally called back third time I was given to Manager named Jason. I explained to Jason I have been trying to get info on car since yesterday. Jason replied no reason to be rude. (Yes I was frustrated but stating the facts is not rude) From there Jason said he had been trying to reach us which was a Lie and have the phone records to prove. My wife got a text message asking for my number which she replied. But I received no phone call. So, I called only to never get in touch with a sales associate. So, I told Jason if they were going to lie about calling me back then I didn't wish to do business with them.”

“I was actually very surprised at how easy of an experience we had with their service department (dealers don't usually have that good of a reputation). I called them up about a recall on our Ford Mach-E. The lady that answered was very nice. She scheduled an appointment to come out to our house to perform the software update necessary to take care of the recall. This kind of service more resembles Tesla than the traditional service experience. Very pleasant experience :)”
