“I have been bringing our Equinox here for service for about 8 years. I've never had issues until recently. I came in knowing we needed an oil change and new tires. The recommended services were a surprise but understandable. But why weren't some of these recommended earlier? The communication between the technicians and the office person was poor as was the relay of info to me. Dropped off the vehicle on Friday and was told it would be ready. Then, told some parts had to be ordered and it would be done on Saturday. Never called so I had to call and eventually come down myself to be told that no notes were made as to what needed to be finished and I had to wait till Monday. Everyone was kind and apologized but the breakdown in communication is, frankly, unacceptable. We paid a lot of money for this service and expect to be in the know all along the way. Now, our check engine light is back on and I'm not sure if I even want to bother bringing it back.”

“We were broke down our truck was needing some major work. We didn’t have time to fix it they had a newer used vehicle that fit what we needed. I worked with Ronan and the rest of the staff to get the truck. They made it quick and easy at a great price to get back on the road. Thank you Ronan and the team!!”

“I have almost 175,000 miles on the original battery pack for my first generation Chevy Volt and Tom, the EV tech has taken care of everything I’ve needed for the last 10 years. The service department at Reeder has always been very good to me. Even now that my car is older and out of warranty, I still find Reeder is the best and most cost effective place to take my vehicle. They price match tire prices for me, they honor my GM rewards and they know what they’re doing when it comes to servicing my Chevrolet. Highly recommend Chevy electric vehicles and Reeder’s service department. A++”

“Update 01/02/2026: I have good news to report. After we got home from yesterday's trip to Reeder Chevrolet, we scoured the market for a truck at a better price. After 4 hours of searching on the internet, we found that Reeder Chevrolet had the best price on the truck we wanted. We called the dealership and spoke to Brian, the manager. He set it up for us to come in and purchase the truck. The entire process went very smoothly. Ruben did a great job with our sale. We cannot say enough nice things about this dealership and its employees. It's great!
01/01/2026: We went to the dealership because we have used it in the past and were pleased with their service. We were assigned a salesman, Rueben, who gave us a 100% of his attention and worked extremely well to help us try to reach our goal of purchasing a brand new truck. Unfortunately, our taste and our budget did not match. We did not purchase a vehicle. However, Rueben did an excellent job of helping us. We highly recommend this dealership and Rueben as your salesman.”
