“Hanna has been by far the best sales person I have dealt with on my mission for the perfect Lexus ES. I have not purchased quite yet just because I have a couple things I need to handle on my end, but when I do it will 1000% be from this store. I have contacted a few stores trying to get assistance and Hanna has been the only person who has been willing to help me over the phone rather than making me drive 2 hours away just to see if this something I can accomplish. As somebody who sells cars as well I can whole heartedly say this has been the only sales person to give me a good experience. If I did not have negative equity on my Camry I would be finalizing a deal with her as we speak. Hopefully my next review will have a picture of my new car attached!”

“We were so happy we didn't buy one, we bought two. The service is first class. The moment you walk in you feel at home. Always ask for Dallas he offers the client service you deserve, great communication, follow up, and follow through. We will buy here again, but we bought a Lexus, it may be a while.”

“Just going to make short and sweet. Lexus of Chattanooga beat Knoxville price by $2,000. I was negotiating at desk in knoxville and on phone with Chattanooga. Before I even went to knoxville, Cody Clark at Chattanooga said that he would beat there price. But $2,000...wow. So I would highly recommend taking a trip to Lexus of Chattanooga if you want an awsome deal.”

“On 11/17 I inquired about a used BMW on their site. The car had a decent Carfax, and for a fair price I would have made the 3 hour drive to buy it. I was told by Logan that the asking price of $13747 was their best price. It was simply out of line for the year/features compared to others in the market. I declined and said I would wait and see if the price dropped as it continued to sit, which it did, and still is as of writing this. On 12/5 I was headed to the area for the weekend. I messaged Logan again and offered a fair, but still somewhat premium, price for the car. I was told he would check, but they are a one price store on used cars. I never heard anything back, so I assumed that was a no. The car has dropped in price three times since then, into the range of what I offered, and still no response. I would suggest exercising patience, and thorough research before buying a used car here. Their “best price” at any time clearly is not.”
