“Finally I can say I had a positive experience at Lithia Ford. I didn’t feel scammed either. Jaden made it possible. Jaden was kind and took the time with me. I didn’t feel rushed. Nolan also helped as well and was very kind. I feel some sales people need to watch how they treat customers and learn some better skills. They are part of the reason we would consider coming back. Tyler who worked our deal went above and beyond. I didn’t think it was going to happen and he made it happen so kiddos to him! Shane in finance was super fast and friendly which I know my husband appreciated that. By far the fastest experience we have compared to all the Lithias and even non Lithias in town.”

“My wife and I recently just bought a new 2024 expedition timberline left over on the lot for a decent price. We had it delivered and the whole process went very smooth. Felt bad the delivery guy who got mixed up with the town and address so he had a very long all day drive to deliver. But overall from the sales rep helping to closing it was a good service.”

“They did a great job on my oil change and 90K maintenance service. It was quick and they even over quoted and I paid 100 bucks less.
I expect dealerships to be massively expensive compared to other places. However the full synthetic oil change was the same cost as from an oil change place.
The waiting room was clean and had plenty of hot drink options available. I got a good walk in while waiting XD.
Note: Their staff there is up front with you. They are polite and professional, but they won't pressure or upsell, they recommend and let you decide.
It feels like they are focused on long term reputation, and that is a good thing. Because of that focus, I have shifted the majority of my maintenance work to a service center at a dealership. Never thought that would happen.”
