āAlex Pearse was great to work with - patient, understanding, and never pushy. The entire process was efficient, and the team was easy and pleasant to work with. Grant Winnett from the Finance department was also great to work with and made that part of the process smooth. I would highly recommend working with Alex, Grant and the Dean team.ā

āPretty rough expierence here when i purchased a car. They brought it from another location, we agreed upon the listed price, when it came time to purchase they said that cost wasnt correct and they would only honor it if we went through their financing. Their financing manager just couldnt understand we didnt want to route through them. The car salesguy was innitially cool, FWIW.ā

āSmoothest car buying experience I ever had. I inquired about one of their vehicles online and Derek reached out right away. I went in to test drive it and the rest was history. Derek was straight to the point and super-efficient. I've never been in and out a dealership with exactly what I wanted this fast ever. I will definitely be returning and referring friends!ā

āAt dinner tonight in Chesterfield Valley and watched this red Ferrari Purosangue pull up and park directly in the driving lane. A female driver with long dark hair and a male passenger with slicked-back dark hair, got out and walked into the bar, for an hour, leaving the car to block the lane so only one car could pass at a time. When they were told they couldnāt park there, his response was ālet āem write me a ticketā.
Apparently when you drive a $400,000+ car, with DEALER plates, you can be as pretentious as you want and ignore common decency.
If this is how you behave with the money of your hard-working customers, we will spend ours elsewhere.
Nice job Dean Teamā¦.. stay classy!ā
