Me and my husband pulled in and we we already greeted with someone he actually came out and helped us the moment we got out of our car! shout out to Andy who helped us from the beginning to the end! He even drove to Renton to have my brother sign off from our trade it! “Best experience I've ever had buying a car! A big shout out to ANGELO for making it a breeze. All of the 'haggling' was done via text. Once I arrived on seen, my auto was in front waiting for me. I signed the required paperwork and out thr door I went. I'm a very happy Rairdon's customer and absolutely love my new 4 door Wrangler!”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending approximately $4,400 at Rairdon Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland for a heater core replacement and spark plugs, I feel obligated to warn others about my experience. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into over 30 days without my vehicle, multiple return visits, repeated new damage/issues after each pickup, and management refusing to take accountability for problems caused during their work. When I first received my Jeep back after a week in the shop, I immediately noticed numerous issues that were not present beforehand: * A trim piece near the center shifter was missing * My aftermarket radio wire was shoved back into the dash, making it unusable * The vehicle language had been changed to Spanish * Items from my dash and glovebox were carelessly tossed into the back seat/floor * Passenger-side floor wiring was left exposed * One interior bolt was missing entirely * Another bolt was damaged and sticking up * The center console had a deep scrape/damage * A new ticking noise started behind the driver-side dash while driving * The center dome light would come on whenever I used the right turn signal The aftermarket radio wiring had been installed since 2022 without a single issue, yet they blamed the wiring instead of acknowledging that these problems only began after their dashboard disassembly. I brought the vehicle back so they could correct what had been damaged during the repair process. During this process, I was told the multifunction switch now needed replacement — despite functioning perfectly before they worked on the vehicle. Management escalated the situation but ultimately refused to take responsibility and still made me pay $165 for the part they likely damaged during reassembly. After finally getting my Jeep back following more than 30 days total without it, I discovered even more careless mistakes: * A loose bolt sticking out under the hood * The battery was not bolted down * The engine cover was installed sideways * Both A/C refrigerant caps were left off (one completely missing) * One cap was carelessly left sitting in the hood groove * One of their tools was left under the hood near the windshield At that point I was honestly shocked. Leaving a customer’s battery unsecured and tools under the hood after charging thousands of dollars is beyond unprofessional. I returned AGAIN, lost another half day with my vehicle, and then days later noticed the parking brake console trim was cracked from the interior disassembly work as well. This damage was not part of my original return complaint because I did not discover it until after the vehicle was returned to me the final time. That damage still has not been fixed because at this point I absolutely do not trust this dealership to touch my vehicle again. Mistakes happen. What matters is accountability, attention to detail, and making things right. Instead, this experience felt careless from start to finish. Every time my Jeep came back, something new was damaged, loose, missing, or improperly reassembled. I spent thousands of dollars and walked away with less confidence in my vehicle than before I brought it in. Extremely disappointing experience overall.”

“After a horrible experience with a Jeep Dealership in Tucson, AZ, buying a truck with Rairdon in Kirkland was drastically different. I worked with Lucky and Zara. What an awesome team. Thanks again for being honest and professional.David in the service department really came through as the truck broke down not long after buying it. Rairdon made good on their product and didn't stiff me.”

“Very good service and friendly sales people who will make sure you’ll be happy with whatever you decide to buy or trade in for a new or used vehicle. They will work with you no matter your finances and credit score to make sure you get a very good deal on a new car or truck. I was very impressed with the customer service of Chloe and Monte my 2 salespeople working with me to pick up my new Mustang GT. I couldn’t be more happier and more pleased on how well Chloe and Monte were towards me on their character and how well they handled themselves on working with me to close this deal of driving off the lot with my new car. Thank you again Chloe and Monte for your amazing customer service at Rairdon’s Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep of Kirkland.”
