“Arturo is the best, kindest car customer service personnel I've ever met. He remembers my name when I come in to have my car serviced and he always makes sure everything is done to perfection. Lee Johnson of Kirkland did a great job by hiring him and hopefully giving him a decent wage so he will never leave. He is the reason why I keep going back and I live out in Everett. I do work in Kirkland so it's not an inconvenience especially because they have the wonderful free shuttle available. This helps so that I can get to work on time and be picked up to get my car-luckily I only work less than 3 miles from the service department.
