“Jeff Woods at Massey Toyota in Kinston is the BEST! My husband was insistent that it was time to trade in my Highlander. He had spoken with Jeff and although Jeff was off on July 3, he came in for me to do a test drive. I was not feeling well when I went in, but he was kindness itself and after test driving two vehicles, I decided to make a change and go with a Camry. That night, I knew that I had made a mistake. The Camry was a wonderful car, but I was used to an SUV and I knew I was going to miss the room. For several days, I kept telling myself that I would get used to it. After about five days, I told my husband that I was driving back to Massey Toyota to see if they could help me get something else. I did not know how they were going to react with me returning a vehicle that I had only had for a few days. Jeff helped me realize that they really did want me to be happy. After test driving a used RAV4 and starting with the process of buying it, I realized that for not much more, I could get a brand new one. They didn’t have the one I wanted in stock and so they ordered it. In one week, Jeff called to say it was there. I was at work and was going to have to leave in order to go get it and he told me he would send it with someone. Talk about service with a smile. The man brought my new vehicle and I was able to sign all the paperwork at home. I love my new RAV4 and I highly recommend Massey Toyota but most especially Jeff Woods!”
