“I have previously left a review regarding the great sales experience I had however would like to highlight the poor service I experience- I purchased a brand-new VW Atlas the day before Thanksgiving, and within two weeks it had been in service three times. From the start, the sunroof would not open properly. I was asked to bring it in for a quick repair. When I brought it back I mentioned the vehicle would shake when I would reach highway speeds. While it was first in service there was a part of the sunroof that broke which lead to parts having to be ordered. I was told the wheels were balanced. While I waited for the parts to come I ran into a couple of more issues, the vehicle would still shake at highway speeds, wipers did not work, my cameras were glitching and the vehicle would pull to one side. When I brought it back to the service department I addressed all of the issues. My vehicle was in the service department for a full week and when I was called to pick it up I was told all concerns were repaired. They returned my brand new vehicle dirty, with scratches inside, damaged rims and tires. I later found out they let me leave the dealership although they had swapped my tires and rims with a loaner vehicle without telling me and never switched them back. That alone truly destroyed my trust. Even though the general manager eventually made sure the vehicle was fixed, the experience was exhausting, stressful, and unacceptable. I no longer feel safe or confident in this vehicle or this dealership. Buyers please be very careful when servicing your vehicle here.”

“Leased my 4th VW and my 2nd Atlas here with Curt Conrad, he was great and they had the best inventory compared to 3 other VW dealerships and great prices. I ended up picking the car up on my birthday, Curt went above and beyond and even had a birthday cake for me. Curt helped keep my toddler entertained but within sight while I signed everything. It was a great experience overall, including finance and management. Curt brought rubber mats out to my home since they weren’t in stock when I took delivery of the car. I really felt the Gillman difference compared to dealerships I’ve bought from in the past, and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!”
