After spending the last two months searching for a vehicle, I found that the quality of the dealership and its associates is just as important as the car itself. I contacted the team a little over a week ago and was immediately impressed by the level of customer service. It was truly one of the most seamless experiences I have had. Gaby was exceptionally responsive to all of my questions and requests. To ensure a smooth process, she proactively collected all required documents before my three- hour drive to the dealership. Steve, a sales manager called me first thing in the morning to confirm my arrival and thoughtfully updated me on weather conditions following a recent snowfall. “I purchased a Used 23’ Nissan Sentra with 15k miles from Trae Ivery on 09/30/25 This is my third purchase from Romeo and by far one of the better buying experiences I have had. Trae was very personable and knowledgeable even with the Nissan product. The vehicle pretty much sold itself because it was in immaculate condition and it checked all the boxes for a commuter vehicle. Negotiating was painless and We were able to arrive at a Fair price for both their vehicle and my trade. Prior to delivery on 10/03/25 I inspected the Now Very clean Vehicle and observed two small dings on the driver side rear door and a bubble protruding on the sidewall of the left rear tire. I pointed out these issues out to Sales Mgr Jonah & Mgmt did the Right Thing without hesitation. They ordered a new tire and set up an appointment for their Dent Wizard guy to repair said damage to door which was completed today 10/09 with great satisfaction.
