“This was one of, if not the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Wes Corder greeted me on the lot. Told him what I wanted and he listened and made it happen. He was extremely professional and friendly, just like your neighbor next door. The staff was also great from the sales manager to the finance manager. They understand that there are other dealers out there. Each one seemed genuinely happy that we choose them. I will recommend Wes and his team to anyone looking for a new vehicle.”

“I regret purchasing a vehicle from Wallace Ford of Kingsport. The truck has spent more time in the shop than on the road, and every visit resulted in a different explanation for why it wouldn’t start or run properly. I was told twice that the issue was the battery, then told it was the alternator, yet none of these repairs fixed the problem.
Before that, I even paid Wallace Ford to repair a board related to emissions issues, but the truck continued to have the same starting issues. Each time I brought it back, I received a new diagnosis and another bill — with no real resolution. Eventually, even their head mechanic told me to take the truck to another dealership because they couldn’t fix it.
On top of the mechanical problems, Wallace Ford offered me a “special deal” for a free key-fob replacement when I purchased the vehicle. This turned into a frustrating, drawn-out process requiring multiple calls, me having to take paperwork to another dealership myself, and being told I would have to pay for it before they finally honored the promise.
Despite all of this, Wallace Ford has refused to take responsibility for selling me a defective vehicle. I expected honesty and competent service, but instead I’ve been left with an unreliable truck and ongoing repair costs.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wallace Ford of Kingsport. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing a vehicle here.”
