“I went to test drive a Pathfinder and I had good experience/interaction with Rob Romanowski. No pressure, easy going and great attitude. I didn't buy anything yet since I'm not in immediate need for a car, but If I did, I won't hesitate to give them my business. If I end up buying anything, I'll update/edit as needed, but so far they seem to be good 👍. Update, the Pathfinder I was interested in was decently discounted 2 weeks after my initial review, so I decided to pull the trigger on the deal. I tried contacting the salesman a few times and even left a message, one week later, nothing. I tried to get a hold of the sales manager, including emailing him, same deal, nothing. When I called the main number, multiple times, I just got bounced to voicemail. I even used the chat function on their website, and it's just a dumb bot.... so, so disappointing. I ended picking up one at a good deal from Montgomeryville Nissan in PA. A little further from my house, but they were on the top of their game, and a great deal as mentioned before. Pine Belt needs to revamp their communication process and do a better job getting back to potential customers 😒”
