“I will never come back here again. Really bad service. I had been approved signed contract and took the vehicle home only for them to tell me to bring it back next day stating I needed a cosigner. Brought cosigner with me next day with even better credit than me for them to say a bunch of lies stating I didnt qualify due to having "bankrupcy(when Ive never had one), then it was my income, then changed it stating it was my credit usage" just to get me to return the vehicle because they didn't make the profit they wanted. Even with cosigner they were trying to charge me almost 3k more than original agreed price and did not want to remove optional coverages I didn't want. Everyone please look at your contract and your numbers because they will add a whole bunch of optionals you don't need and you'll never use only to charge you more and fill they're pockets. They were very rude and I do not recommend gill chevrolet. Up till today Raj the manager I dealed with has not resolved anything about refunding my down payment or refunding my $100 in gas since I filled up the tank and left the truck at their dealership a few days ago. I have been calling numerous times to speak with manager Raj and they are just giving me the run around. I will be submitting a complaint for bad business practices, and if they don't refund my $2.5 k down payment I will be reporting for fraud. People beware, thank fully I was able to purchase another vehicle elsewhere and didn't need a cosigner. That's how you know how shady this business is.
