Chris in finance went above and beyond to help us walk away with a deal we were happy with. I would highly recommend working with both of them. “2 stars as staff were friendly, just confused about what happened between the time Car Gurus generated an offer and what was put in front of me at the dealership. 3k+ difference for a car that the dealership’s estimator rated highly (see photos). Not sure how the algorithm got this so wrong, but flagging it here. Bummer if it’s accidental. Alarming if known and just a way to get me to the dealership. Tried to negotiate to 1k under the Car Gurus offer and they didn’t get close 🤷‍♂️. So, flagging it here in case the dealership does have a glitch with their Car Gurus numbers that could use a once over, or at least to prep other sellers about that scenario. Again, nice folks, bad numbers.”

“We have worked with Jason Granstrand for months on our 2026 Ford F350 King Ranch build. He kept us up to date leading up to today when my husband finally got his new truck. Jason was always so gracious, friendly and much more. He was not aggressive at all. Everyone at this dealership is very professional and the atmosphere was not intimidating. “**Warning** Steer clear of BOWEN SCARFF FORD Services department for repairs on your diesel truck--they're NOT diesel experts. We bought our vehicle in for an oil leak in June 2025. The first time around they charged us $3,100 Their diagnosis was the steering gear box. They replaced it and said that it should take care of the problem. Well, it did not we had to bring it back for a second time in August 2025 they diagnosed it saying it was the vacuum pump. An hour later they called and said it was the AC condenser and had a coolant leak. After repairing those components was another $3,900 this second time around. 20 minutes after driving it home the oil leak reappears. We drove it back to them after they had it back for a third time when they were inspecting the water pump busted on them supposedly, the oil leak that was brought to their attention was never looked at, after going back and forth multiple times and almost $7,500 in and time was wasted the truck still has the oil leak and we are now in October. Stay away from Bowen Scarff Ford at all costs, they guess what's wrong with your vehicle will take your money, and not fix your concern.
Responding to your response: We paid almost $7,500 so nothing your service team did on our truck was complimentary. Regardless of the year or miles of the Truck we brought the truck in for an oil leak that was never repaired, it is not a residual leak from water or washing the engine you can clearly see its oil. Before we took our truck back for the fifth time your service manager Gaudie was 100% sure it was not going to leak but gave us some absorbing pads for any residual leaks. We drove the truck for 12 hours, which should have taken care of any trapped water, As Gaudie said 100% guaranteed it would not leak again especially after driving it that distance. After that long drive, we came back to your shop for the 6th time right in front of your shop again the leak is still present and your service Manager Gaudie was present and noticed the leak asked us to leave the truck for the 6th time. Your Service Team had plenty of time to fix the problem but it never did your service team is incompetent. The leak was there since day one we brought our truck for service, and before your service team washed the engine, The 3rd time we brought a cardboard full of oil, and your team asked us to place it under the truck to check the direction were leak was coming from, for what reason when you guys never had the intention of fixing it but rather avoiding fixing it. We paid almost $7,500 for service repairs that did nothing to repair the leak but made it worse. The leak continues worse now than when we first brought the truck in. Pictures show it's oil. If we can give your service team a -0 stars we would.
