“I had an unconventional purchase at Toyota Tri-Cities as I'm out of area, but the team made it happen and provided great service throughout the process. Special thanks to my salesman Martin whom I worked with over phone and text as well as Alfredo (who assisted Martin) and Erik. After looking for a used 4Runner Limited or Lexus GX460 for almost a month on the other side of the state and being disappointed by the condition and/or prices of the trucks I looked at and ordered inspections on, I expanded my search area to eastern Washington, and found a very nice 4Runner Limited at Toyota Tri-Cities. I was connected with Martin, who answered all my questions very quickly and went above and beyond in terms of being helpful with my long distance purchase. After a buyer's inspection that revealed that the 4Runner was in great shape, I told Martin that I'd be down as soon as I possibly could and booked a flight to the Tri Cities. Despite some issues with thick fog and bad weather that led to our flight being sent back to Sea-Tac and rebooked on another flight the next day, Martin communicated throughout the process and had Alfredo pick me up in the 4Runner; which I drove back to the dealer. The sales process was extremely quick, and timestamps on my photos reveal that I left the dealer with my new to me 4Runner just over an hour after picking it up.
