“I was shopping online for a used Sante Fe. I found one at Kennesaw Hyundai that was the color exterior and interior that we wanted and a bonus was it was a Calligraphy model. We felt the price was fair and made contact online. Salesman Todd Prine reached out by email and text. Asking if was okay to text. We handled the majority of the negotiations through text, so there was no misunderstandings. It’s in writing to go back and look at again. Although, I did misunderstand one of them and I thought someone else was in the office buying the car we were looking at. Turns out I was wrong and Todd straightened it out.
