“I am leaving this review to document my experience with Grand Motorcars Kennesaw regarding serious concerns involving transparency, contract handling, and vehicle condition. I was initially placed in a 2022 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack, which I had in my possession for approximately 53 days. During that period, there was a lack of clear and consistent communication regarding the lienholder and final financing structure, which created significant uncertainty around the transaction. I was then transitioned into a 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. In my experience, this vehicle was not properly represented in its condition at the time of sale and has presented multiple ongoing mechanical and cosmetic issues, including but not limited to: * front bumper replacement prior to sale (not clearly disclosed to me) * Missing “392” badge upon delivery * Smoke coming through the vents while driving * Radiator issues that appear to require replacement * Constant brake squealing that was reported but not resolved * Missing fog light * Window tint peeling shortly after purchase * Right passenger wheel liner detaching due to weather and normal driving conditions Many promises were made that they never kept to help me with all of these issues.. At a purchase price of approximately $42,000, these issues have made the vehicle unreliable and significantly below the condition I reasonably expected based on how it was presented. I made multiple attempts to address these concerns directly with the dealership through service visits and communication with staff and management. In my experience, including interactions involving Clay Kremer and Richard, these concerns were not handled or resolved in a meaningful way, and I felt dismissed during the process. Overall, this reflects my personal experience after multiple documented attempts to resolve the issues directly. I am currently pursuing further review through appropriate consumer protection channels. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.”

“My girlfriend and I were seeking another vehicle specifically a Rav4 and stumbled upon this online. I can say without a doubt finding this car at this dealership was the best choice! We worked with the sales rep by the name of Jason Farkas. Normally a pet peeve of mine when it comes to dealerships is how overwhelming and suffocating it can feel because it just feels like they're just money hungry. However Jason was very reassuring that he does not operate that way and had our best interest the whole time! He was very patient and straightforward with us, we also got to meet the manager and finance team and everyone we worked with was great and super helpful, even working with us after hours of operation we never felt rushed. 10/10 would recommend again !!!”

“Drove in from Florida because of their price. Car buying experience was very good. They brought the paperwork back three times and each time I owed less. They also gave me top dollar for my trade. I worked with James Dennis. He was very easy to work with, as was the accounting crew. Their prices on extending warranties were on the high end, and the deductibles were also high. The deal on the vehicle was awesome, and I would definitely recommend them. Great place to buy a vehicle!”
