“Very disappointed with our experience. We went in on Saturday to look at a truck that was for sale and were told that a sensor light had come on, so they were working on it. We completely understood and appreciated that they wanted to make sure the vehicle was ready before selling it. We made it very clear to the salesman that we were very interested in the truck and asked to be notified as soon as it was available because we wanted our soon-to-be 16-year-old son to test drive it. My husband called on Monday and was told it was still being worked on. Again, we understood and appreciated the update. When he called back on Tuesday, however, we were told that someone had already put down a deposit on the truck and that it was no longer available. I don't know if that's standard practice in the used car business, but it felt very shady after we had specifically been told we would be notified first. Our son came with us to look at the truck and was so excited about it, so this was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, we would not do business here. They lost what would have been a cash sale.”
