“Engine died in our previously owned Kia. Found out that Kia will honor an engine replacement if certain protocols had been adhered to. Previous owner had done so. Communicated with AJ from Kia in Katy and he was AMAZING. He was instrumental in communicating what was needed from us to advance the process. AJ kept in very close communication and we never felt ignored. The repair work was done much sooner than either one of us expected. The entire experience was seamless and relatively painless. It harkened back to a time when customer service was a pleasure and relationships were built with trust. Thank you AJ for such an incredible customer service experience and than you Kia for your commitment to excellence and standing behind your product!!!!!”

“I had an amazing experience with buying a vehicle from West Side KIA! When I arrived at the dealership, I had time to walk the lot without a pesky salesperson at my heels. “Huge shout to my boy Manny for taking care of me. He already had the numbers ready to go when I walked in through the door. I spent 30 minutes tops in the dealership. He knew what I wanted in the vehicle. Finance guys Rye and Bryan got me in and out quickly. Great overall experience and happy with my purchase.”
