“**********BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPT *********** 0 STARS Got nice size nail in my Type R’s tire. Had it towed today 6/13/26 to Katy Honda because i did not want to run the risk of it going flat and damaging my tire. Had contemplations of fixing it there or going to discount tire down the road but figured it would be better at the actual dealership. Was told it would take 2 hours by the service advisor so i got picked up from a coworker to go to work. While im at work i get a phone call from who im assuming is my service advisor telling me that they cannot remove my tire from the wheel because they do not have the proper equipment. This took 2 hours for them to tell me and is crazy to think that a honda dealership does not have the proper equipment to work on their own cars. I asked to speak to a manager because i was shocked and i needed to see how they can get accommodate this. Once i requested the assumed service advisor hung up the phone in my face. I then called back and requested a service manager, once i finally got to one she was being extremely disrespectful and arguing with me that their Type R’s come with different tire & wheel sets from factory. Which btw type R’s only come with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S even with the upgraded Forge Wheels. Extremely unprofessional business and no good customer service. Ps: Their type R in the show room is also marked up to 61k from 48,500 MSRP. Never should someone pay that much for a Type R”
