“I had the best experience going to Auto Nation Katy - my sales person Ellena was the absolute best. She meet every expectation I had and knew exactly what I wanted. I live on the opposite side of town and would drive all the way to the Katy location if I ever needed another vehicle because Ellena made this whole car buying experience so easy. Please ask for Ellena if your ever in need of a new vehicle and are in the Katy area....even if your not is worth the drive.”

“I have to say ford auto nation doesn’t disappoint. Which is why when it was time for a new car I would be back. I was greeted the moment I got out of my car by Allen Chavez and the process from start to finish was smooth. It was late at night when I stopped by so I wasn’t able to leave that evening but Allen called me first thing the next morning and we finished the proccess and I left in my new car. This is my fourth car from them and not my last. I appreciate the team and all there help.”

“I found the truck I've been looking for here at Auto Nation Ford Katy. The only one in town I could find in my color and a V8. My salesmen Chris M. was very helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend this dealership.”

“If you are taking a car for repair, you need to be on them and pay very close attention to what they do. Took a raptor in July for warranty work, they were done in July, but broke another part after closing the warranty ticket out. Kept it until November when Fords legal team informed me that they had closed the ticket back in July. Was given a story about parts being an issue, Ford could have provided the parts, but it was not being done under warranty since that was already closed out before the fix was completed. Fast forward, get the vehicle, limp mode due to a pipe not being tightened (thats not uncommon on this truck, so no big deal) and have to leave it again. Under warranty the sterring wheel buttons had issues, marked on the story they fixed it. Same issue still exists. Today we decided to actually drive the thing for the first time more than 1 mile from the house and low and behold, they never tightened the wheel locks, and kept the lock. Two studs snapped off before I got over. Yeah, should have checked myself. All this after this after an engine and transmission rebuild, you would think they tighted the lugs. Let alone left the lock in the car. Now its being towed again.
This was quite the poor experience with them. Had it been my wife driving, wouldn't have ended as well at all.”

“Their service department needs better tech and quality control. My husband brought his new truck in for the first oil change, the tech did not screw the filter tightly and caused oil leak everywhere in the garage at his job. The advisor admitted that when we took it back the next day. Not only that, I got a used 2020 Mazda cx9 from this Katy Ford. It was from another Autonation, but they wanted to sell it so they agreed to fix the issues ( car was in an accident previously). The service dept fixed some but not all issues. The car plastic seal fell off on the freeway because it was not fixed right. I later paid out of pocket to fix it at a different body shop, cancelled their extended warranty because they kept referring me to use it and take it to the Mazda dealership to fix, when deductible at Autonation is $150 vs. $400 at Mazda. (Their extended warranty takes 6-8 weeks to cancel by the way). On top of that, the service department misplaced a door handle cover (took them another 2 weeks until they agreed to replace it). They also did not check the windows to make sure they all work properly. It turned out the front passenger window did not work, the motor was in the glove box. Then they installed it but did not program it so it didn’t work right. All of these issues could have been avoided if their service department care enough to do a throughout check before deliver a new purchased car to the customer. The sales person also should check the car before calling the customer in to make sure the issues are indeed taken care of. I had to wait 3 weeks to get the initial issues fixed, then had to go back and forth another 4 times just for the other miscellaneous issues due to their carelessness. I gave them some grace and not leaving a bad review after my recent experience with the Mazda purchase until the oil leak happened yesterday. Im sure they dont care about losing our business but at least other potential buyers will see this and be warned!”
