“Awesome dudes here! I worked with Draeton and Trevor, to purchase a used Nissan Rogue. I drove three cars, in the rain, and these guys were very friendly, patient, and did an excellent job! I hoghly recommend either of them if you're shopping for a new Ford or used car. “Where to start… my husband had found a car online and spoke to Elena about getting a Honda Accord he wanted, we came and filled out paperwork for the vehicle. The finance team were trying to “work a deal” and I was told I was approved, Elena assured me that the Pre-Owned Vehicle would be taken care of because the rims needed work as well as the front grill. We signed the paperwork after being there for several hours. We were told to let the finance company that we had the car and they would call us to pick the car up once it was “fixed”. I ended up being told that they would not replace the front grill because they “reduced” the price of the car and it was “as is”. Later I got the call from the Finance Company and they told I had the wrong ss# and because they messed up the paperwork so they dropped the deal and I was told to come back and return the vehicle to Autonation after having the car for a couple of days. They ran my credit not only once but three times in order to work a deal out and they ended up charging me regular price not the “reduced” price for the vehicle. We were guaranteed a full tank of gas and when we came back to get it we were told the system was down and couldn’t do it. Here we are a week out and the brakes are grinding and malfunctioning. I called Elena back because it’s only been a week, and was told I didn’t have a warranty and they couldn’t fix it. I was told they would call me back and was given the run around for several days. After being frustrated my husband shows up to Autonation and was told the warranty didn’t cover brakes and we had to fix it ourselves. This is absolutely the worst car buying experience I’ve ever experienced! I was going to refer my daughter to get a BMW from Elena and since I have been getting nothing but a run around and no help I definitely will not be sending her there.”

“I had the best experience going to Auto Nation Katy - my sales person Ellena was the absolute best. She meet every expectation I had and knew exactly what I wanted. I live on the opposite side of town and would drive all the way to the Katy location if I ever needed another vehicle because Ellena made this whole car buying experience so easy. Please ask for Ellena if your ever in need of a new vehicle and are in the Katy area....even if your not is worth the drive.”

“I have to say ford auto nation doesn’t disappoint. Which is why when it was time for a new car I would be back. I was greeted the moment I got out of my car by Allen Chavez and the process from start to finish was smooth. It was late at night when I stopped by so I wasn’t able to leave that evening but Allen called me first thing the next morning and we finished the proccess and I left in my new car. This is my fourth car from them and not my last. I appreciate the team and all there help.”
