“I recently purchased a 2024 Ram 2500 Big Horn diesel from this dealership and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. I told them we work out of town and was only going into town to pick up and leave right after because of work. After the purchase, I had the vehicle inspected at another certified Ram dealership, where multiple serious issues were identified. The tires were confirmed to be worn down to the bars and unsafe, the windshield wipers were damaged, and the engine filter installed was for a gas truck is not even correct for a diesel truck, in addition the filter box is not in standard of being sold. pictures are attached for proof. These are not minor concerns — they are safety and mechanical issues that should have been caught and disclosed before the vehicle was sold. When i brought this to the dealership's attention, I was told the vehicle "passed their inspection," and they refused to take responsibility. I expected much better from a dealership representing the AutoNation brand, especially on a 2024 vehicle, I am now escalating this matter and hope corporate will step in to resolve it properly.”
