He answered every question, never pressured me, and made the whole process so easy I started wondering if I accidentally skipped the stressful part. “Good luck canceling anything you purchase from them that can be canceled. I am not one to leave reviews that often but I have tried to cancel my warranty on my vehicle and have been given the run around so many times. Please consider purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Attached is proof I haven’t been contact back in 2 WEEKS after I thought they were finally going to help me. I shouldn’t have to TRADE IN my car just to cancel this warranty, but guess that’s my only option. I was going to return to this dealership to upgrade to a newer model had I been helped like I thought. But NOPE.”
