“Out of my 5 vehicle purchases made at a dealership By far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle! We showed up with one Tahoe in mind and when I showed him the picture unfortunately it had been taken to the sale but our salesman Mr. David Eason offered to go and get it back from the sale with no obligation to purchase it and at no point was he ever pushy! Needless to say we brought that Radiant Red RST Tahoe back to Florence South Carolina well worth a 2hr trip! Mr. Eason thank you again! Definitely be back for my next purchase!!!”

“I Bought a 2024 Chevy trailblazer from Them, I paid almost $30,000 for, it looked like the oil hadn’t been changed in the car. It was at 20%. I called to ask them if it had been changed and was never Contacted about the oil change. And then about three weeks after I bought the car one tire kept losing air so I took it and had it looked at They said the tires on the car were 2023. The car I purchased was a 2024. The front tire had a plug in it and dry rot On the sides, which you can see in the pictures. They said the tires were old and needed to be replaced so I called back the dealership, I talked to the salesman I purchased a car from. I was immediately put through to a manager, who was Extremely rude and tried to over talk me, Told me I should’ve called the sales man as soon as the tire started leaking, I assured him I had pictures of the tires and documentation about the condition of the tires. He basically called me a liar and said I probably had something done to the car, He also said that I was just mad that I had to buy tires? And that lots of tires have plugs in them.I asked them if there was anything they could do since they changed the tires and put old tires on the car. They were clearly unsafe. He told me he would check into it and let me know and I never even received a return phone call after I spent almost $30,000 there this place is very rundown. Don’t spend your money here. They’re very outdated and don’t wanna spend a penny more than they have to and clearly do not want to make their customers happy. and when they lifted the car, the underneath the oil filter wasn’t even put in correctly It was hanging off At the bottom of the car. I’ve bought a lot of cars at dealerships in my time and always been highly satisfied, I would give this place a zero if I could I would never recommend and I will never spend a penny at this place again, go somewhere that appreciates your business this place is awful, and the response that they gave to this review was not denying any of it but saying I should’ve purchased an additional warranty I purchased a warranty, so be careful. Make sure you purchase an additional warranty in case they put old parts on a new car. Go to Hilbish Ford or Ben Mynatt, they are great people to work with, I bought from them for years and they back up their cars, read the rest of their reviews that people have left The general manager is who I spoke with Ron I’ve never seen a manager treat anyone so bad and accuse them of taking a car that they have just bought to have something done to the tires????? There are so many places out there that want your business”
