“Great experience. Military friendly! I made purchase from out of town and had the truck delivered. Bella did an exceptional job! I reached out on CarGurus and she responded quickly. I asked for videos and she responded quickly. There was no haggling or back and forth. Truck was priced well within my budget which allowed for me to add a warranty. The disclaimer is correct, no random extra cost like other dealers try to slide in after the negotiated price. I did most of the paperwork on my phone by signing the e-documents. Amy was also great. She got all the paperwork sent over and I printed out and signed a few papers in which she sent me a UPS label also. All I had to do was drop off at UPS where they packaged it and shipped it. Took a week from first contact til the truck was delivered. Truck was shipped from Florida to North Carolina.”
