“I purchased my car from Frontier Auto Sales and Service about a year ago, and my experience has been nothing but great. They were very straightforward and honest from the start. They didn’t lie or try to hide anything and made sure the car was in good condition before I purchased it. During the test drive, I noticed some noises and told them right away. They addressed the issue immediately, fixed it on the spot, and I was able to take the car home the same day. That alone showed me how seriously they take their business. Recently, I took my vehicle to a different shop for inspection and it failed. I was told I needed brakes and control arm bushings replaced and was quoted around $1,800. “First time EVER making a purchase outside of a major dealership. It was a fairly simple and easy process, with some extremely friendly staff. I found a vehicle online that I wanted to purchase. If you keep watch of their site you could get lucky like me and get a used jeep with one prior owner and under 50k miles!! So Thankfully the car was still on the lot when I got there and I was able to look at it, test drive it and give it a good look over. The vehicle did have a window that still had to be repaired, it needed an inspection along with them wanting to do a last look over. When I picked up my car about two weeks later the car was fully repaired, the inspection was done, they even did a oil change, changed my ABS and a few other minor things all without me having to ask or even be concerned about. Even with everything extra they did my car still stayed within my budget and I even had a little extra to keep in my pocket. I was super nervous doing the whole car buying thing on my own for the first time, but they truly took care of me. It was a family oriented place, they even had their own daughter helping out.
