“Horrible customer service. They’ll do anything to get you to buy a car and then treat you like crap afterwards. Maintenance department lies about price of repairs and rudely dismisses questions. Would never purchase a VW again, especially from this “dealer”. You are better off purchasing from their competitors. Only VW dealers can work on VW vehicles for the simplest of repairs. I would not recommend this dealer if they were the last dealer on earth. I’ve had better customer service at a junk yard. Quoted me $30,000+ for new engine and wouldn’t even do the work. All they want is your money. Horrible dealership. Buyer beware!”

“I purchased a preowned Honda Civic car through Hawk Volkswagen by trading Jetta on 26th January its been just a week while the purchased car and with in a week had some issue with car and it popped up with some sensors on screen, while this happened gave car for servicing on 9th February and as its been more than week for car being taken for service still there was no update many promises were given and informed being available anytime at time of purchase but now if checking with service team , got yelled and was reminding about the issue being unseen by my end for not showing up at 1st appointment , I agreed for my mistake of not showing up at 1st place but the response was very terrible from the entire team working there, neither Loaner car was given and if asked , team denied completely stating no availability for next coming weeks or months!!!!!! Feeling upset for choosing them”
