“This was the first dealership experience I ever had and the first place I went to browse their Tucscon and other models. I initially reached out, but due to work and coordinating a move, I was very nonresponsive to any followup emails. However, they did not bombard me with emails unlike other dealerships that had already sent about 10emails within the matter of 3 days. This location just responded and sent one followup without being down my throat about making a sale or setting up and appointment--which i highly appreciated. I ended up just walking in one Saturday and was greeted and taken care of by Enrique Barajas. He was so patient and helpful, letting me go into several different models so I can get a feel for blind spots which make me the most paranoid about driving. My dad is the car guy and went with me, so he was asking away all the questions to Enrique and I was so appreciative of how informative he was especially with explaining how the certified pre owned models already are included in the price with no extra fee (unlike many other dealerships I've since encountered with misleading information) and explaining everything included in the warranty for cpo. I ultimately did not purchase a car because the original one i looked at had sold before I made a final decision (I was a week late lol) and found another at a different location with a color I preferred more. But overall, Enrique and the staff were so kind. Not scammy and not pushy which was a huge relief. I would definitely recommend going here for a car. They answered all my questions without the annoying sales tactics where some sales people dont want to answer certain questions unless you sign that day etc. You have honest and trustworthy staff here.
