“My wife bought me a certified used car and the battery died in less than 2 weeks of having the car. I asked the salesperson who was assisting us if they can help us replace the battery and he never got back to us. I ended up going to Advanced Auto to buy one myself. I guess when you purchase a vehicle, you're no longer their problem when you leave. Nice people but very poor customer service. So much for having piece of mind when buying a car from them.
Just wanted to give a quick update. My wife spoke with Isa from D'Arcy who quickly resolved the situation. She understood our frustration and took care of us. I updated the stars to 4 because I want to be fair as an overall experience. I do want to point out that Isa by far deserves 5 stars for her helpfulness and immediate responses. Thank you Isa so much for your customer service and help!”

“Was welcomed outside by Zack a salesman who was very friendly from the start. He asked what brought me and my wife in today and I said we were in the market for a new Sonata N-Line. He immediately loaded us into there golf cart and took us back to look at what they had on the lot which was a lot! He showed us all the color options and then we went on a test drive route that simulated every possible driving experience on the road. Afterwards we sat down and negotiated pricing and that was seamless. Financing with Jorge was also a pleasant experience with no push on upselling anything. Once financing was done Zack brought us to the Sonata and went over all the features with us and also setup the BlueLink account for the Sonata. So if you're in the market for a Hyundai I would highly recommend you ask for Zack for a seamless experience with purchasing a vehicle from Darc'y!”

“I just bought a 2025 Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport and with in the first month or so I already got a ton of scratches all over my car that I can not get out. I would need to take it to a body shop just to repair it which can be really expensive to do. I am not happy with how fast the car got damaged. The paint job was done very poorly when I see other Elantra's with no scratches that are older. All I do is drive on local and good roads so this should not be happening”

From the sales woman Vanessa who was knowledgeable and caring, to the finance department (Lauren) to the sales Manager, everyone was great and easy to work with. No one was pushy, which we greatly appreciated! Extra kudos to Vanessa, who helped me set up my Blulink and explained how the settings worked. And I got a great vehicle which I love! Highly recommend D'Arcy Hyundai!”
