“I made an appointment on a Friday for the next day Saturday. Arrived for my 9am and was immediately greeted by Devin. He was warm, genuine, extremely helpful and direct. The car I had come in for had been sold the night before and Devin went above and beyond in collaboration with Kyle to call other dealerships to see if the car I had wanted was available to swap. In the end, the other dealerships did not want to swap. Before leaving I test drove the 2025 Tuscon SE. Devin pulled it up to the front, I test drove it, and I loved it. Kyle and Devin got me numbers quickly, and we went over different trim options. We landed on a number I felt really good about and they even had the exact color I wanted (last one in stock!) Devin made sure I knew what the next steps were as we moved through the process. He was honest, authentic, kind, a great listener, and great communicator. Kyle was also very clear on numbers, rates, lease term details - a conversation that is usually nerve-racking. Carlos was my last stop, as I had to sign paperwork. He was positive, warm, and also extremely clear and concise. Let me tell you, there was not ONE moment during this experience where I felt pressured or rushed. “I had been debating all summer about getting a Hyundai Santa Cruz. Just couldn’t decide if it was in my budget. Or if I wanted to deal with the dreaded car dealership saga. I was looking at various Hyundai dealerships online and of course everyone and their brother reached out to me. I finally answered after call after call and talked with Molly.
