My wife and I bought a used 2026 Honda CR-V. Andrew King and Gabriel Vannoy were wonderful. They were extremely helpful and took their time to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. I can not sing their praises enough! Thank you Andrew and Gabe.

WOW! Never knew buying a car could be this awesome!!! This place is great. Look forward to dealing with this dealership for years to come. JAMES WAS AWESOME! Gabriel was great with financial aid of things. They both made buying a new car bet pleasant. Will definitely deal with them again

We drove from out of state to purchase a 2019 Mini Cooper for our daughter in October that this dealership had on their lot. The purchase was smooth and everyone was very nice. The reason for the lower star rating is due to the lack of support we received once we took possession of the car when trying to get the license plate/tag for the car. I waited until December 10th to ask for an update. Per the photo attached I was told (or yelled at) that it was being mailed out by the DMV. I called on the 16th to speak to a manager as we had still not received anything and the tags expired on the 22nd of December. They tried to track the package but said the tracking was not valid or it wasn't scanned into the system. The person I spoke to said they would try to get answers and call me back. The sales rep that sold us the car called me back and told me that if I don't get it by the 22nd that I have to go to the DMV and figure it out. I ended up having to take time off of work, go and sit at the DMV and pay all of the fees so I could get a new plate. I will have to return to the DMV once the lost plate is delivered so I can surrender it and pay the property tax in order to get the tag for the car. We received the package December 24th. The postage on the package is dated Nov 21st. The tracking shows the package was mailed out December 16th. I am not sure what the holdup was however I can say in all the years of buying cars from dealerships (I have bought MANY cars and a lot of them have been out of state) not once have I ever had this hard of a time getting the registration paperwork. I get that the DMV can slow things down. The dealership was helpful selling us the car and once we took possession of the car it felt like they really didnt care to help me once they had my money. Pretty disappointing.

Had a great saleman, James M. Was very helpful easy to work with and made the best deal to get my wife in a new ride, no pushy sales. Anyone looking should give them a try see if you find your ride. Great staff all around worked with us when several other car dealers said you wont get what your looking for, well guess what we did, thanks again to all the ones that made it happen.

I have used JC Hyundai for my vehicle service for over 5 years. The service associates have always been friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a new 2026 Palisade which I already love. My experience was great and appreciated Kevin and Randy for making the purchase process transparent and not stressful. Very happy with my new Palisade.
