“Changed my 5 star to a 1!! Paid $23000 and not even 2 months later im paying $8500 for new suspension, oil leaks and pumps! I told the salesman the suspension felt stiff and he assured me the shop fixed them! Thanks Patrick! Now im paying more than a 3rd of what I bought it for just to make it road worthy and trust that my wife and son will be safe in a vehicle I bought less than 2 months ago!”

“FULL REVIEW IN PHOTOS. (Had to delete to reply to the customer service rep) Quite literally one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my entire life. I bought a used Tacoma (this was my first time buying from a dealership) I was told the car ran perfect no problems at all even on the test drive. When I went to finish the paper work they had offered me a warranty to cover all the damages (it’s a used car so of course I got this) Not even two days after I pulled out of the lot it broke down because of a busted fuel pump. It also turned out that the “warranty” I purchased didn’t cover big ticket issues which was a complete lie by their sales department. This was only the start of the issues as I would take the car to their service department where it would sit for 2 months. As soon as I got it back the car broke down a total of 4 more times within the span of a year. Each time I would take it back the truck would come back in worse shape with wires hanging out, horn no longer working, and even the AC being broke. It got to the point where we had continuously talked to them asking for a refund or to just take the car back to which they told us it was “not their problem” in the span of almost a year and a half I had not put 100 miles on the car. FULL REVIEW IN PHOTOS! Had to delete some of it to reply (stated below) Response to whatever the customer service representative sent out? Let’s take a second and “hash out” some details. And go through every “counter argument” you’ve brought up! 1. I stated that I purchased a 2006 Tacoma, people buy used cars EVERY day, now I never stated that I never expected ANY problems with this car the timeline in which all of these “problems” occurred is absolutely unacceptable especially since this car cost as much as it did yes as a 20 year old car with almost 195,000 miles! The issue is you didn’t do your due diligence. The car was sold to me with loads of issues when it was pitched to me that it didn’t have any to begin with. this is the problem. 2. Does it TRULY matter how long ago I purchased this vehicle? Truly I don’t see how that has any affect on the issue at hand. It’s LAUGHABLE that this is what you chose to bring up because you’re proving the point that SO many others have come to realize which is you take no accountability. Even when your own employees say the same exact thing. The car was in your possession for almost a YEAR until it was almost semi drivable that’s embarrassing for a company that literally uses the term “carsnobull” 3. Now the warranty was actually hilarious because whenever we were in that office YOUR sales rep chose to not tell us that information and led us to believe we were paying for the entire warranty because it’s a used car! That’s the only reason we purchased this warranty and when we brought this up to you and your sales team you first denied accountability and after a lot more pushing you VERY reluctantly took the warranty back and apologized knowing full well you all were in the wrong. 4. This is the CHERRY on top. Through the course of almost a year we came into the dealership a total of 4 times(not counting bringing the truck in to be fixed). The first time we were offered three options. option one trade in the car for about 5000 in credit, option two sell it back to you all for 3000, or option three you all would fix the damages. Now the first two options were absurd because we purchased the car about 2 weeks prior. Now I would continue but there’s genuinely no more characters I can type. The bottom line is your company was dishonest, disrespectful, and completely took advantage of a first time buyer. This is embarrassing even reading your reply you can’t deny what you did but offer no apology or accountability. It’s just sad.”

“I was dreading even going in a dealership I wasn't familiar with to buy a car. I have used there service shop for years though. I was needing to trade a car for a less expensive one so I found a 2018 Dodge Challenger I was interested in they had so I went there looked the car over with no one swarming me like a voucher like most dealerships. Then I had go find a salesman and was very nervous about who it might be. As I was walking up to the main entrance a salesman named Sam Clark meet me and I expanded what I was interested in. He helped me with no pressure at all! ended up at his desk and decided to try and make a deal. Well the deal came back in a timely matter. And it wasn't the deal I hoping for. so Sam and I discussed it again and and they came back with another deal it was exactly the number that Sam and I was trying for. I was impressed! no tricks no confusion with their paperwork just forwarded. You just don't find that anymore. And even better that that I told them from the beginning I was using my own finance person and the never pushed me to go through them ! No that's customer service all the way! I very satisfied and impressed with this dealership! Thanks Sam and your team...”

“Found this amazing 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO in Voodoo Blue and knew immediately she had to mine. Brandon Baker did an amazing job getting me approved and keys In my hand. On the drive home I noticed a slight wobble in my steering wheel and called Mr Baker who put me in touch with the service department. Came in the next day I could and the problem was quickly resolved with no cost to me! Outstanding customer service from him and the service department 10 out of 10 satisfaction with the whole team at Chaparral Buick GMC!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
