“I believe in second chances and Bachman's has proven they are not worth even that. I brought my 2012 Dodge Ram truck in on a push back service appointment. The issues were for a squeaking noise under the bed, a rattle noise from muffler, TPMS sensor, and standard oil change and tire rotation. Wrote a personal note and also spoke to a representative face to face on how I needed my truck back asap because it is my only vehicle to get around ,and to work ,and to call me before any major work done. Long story short, I brought my truck to them on a Thursday morning. Didnt get a call or my truck actually "worked on" until that following Monday saying it would be ready by the end of the day. Went to get my truck Tuesday morning because of my work schedule and was told it wasnt even ready and they havent even started the oil change yet. Was also told they would handle the squeak noise on another appointment date for whatever reason and that the muffler issue, they recommended me taking it to another shop because they are after market. Bachman dealership deals specifically with dodge, ram, Mopar issues. Why am I being told to go somewhere else? Ultimately I had to return for the second time on a Tuesday to get my truck. Was charged $200 for a diagnostic on the muffler that they couldnt help me on and the oil change and tire rotation brought the total amount to over $331. There were also scratch damages I noticed that were clearly trying to be covered over by a paint pen on their side. This is supposed to be where I bring my truck for any hard or major work and after multiple chances given, Ive always felt disregarded to my notes I leave for them needing my truck back asap. Or the countless voicemails reaching out for what is going on on their end with my vehicle. This will be my last time they will see me or my money. I will gladly drive a hour or two away to someone else who genuinely cares about their customers. I didn't even get the service sticker in the corner of the windshield for my truck being serviced there...”

“I am submitting this complaint regarding the service department at Bachman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram due to ongoing repair issues, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service.
My son brought his vehicle to the dealership on January 16, 2026 for a thermostat issue that was covered under an extended warranty. The dealership kept the vehicle for several weeks for the initial repair. During this time, no loaner vehicle or transportation assistance was offered, despite the extended delay.
This created a significant hardship for my son, who is a senior in college and relies on his vehicle to attend classes and maintain his job. Being without a working vehicle for more than a month caused major inconvenience and resulted in lost income due to missed work.
When the vehicle was finally returned, the problem had not been resolved. Within two days the vehicle began overheating again, and my son discovered the coolant reservoir was empty. Considering the repair involved the thermostat and cooling system, it is alarming that the vehicle was returned without verifying coolant levels.
He returned the vehicle to the dealership, where he was then told the radiator required repair, which resulted in the vehicle remaining in the shop for another two weeks. Again, no loaner vehicle or transportation support was offered.
After that repair, the vehicle continued to have issues. The service department initially told him the problem involved the fuel pump, but the information given about the diagnosis and repair process changed to the water pump when he asked further questions.
We contacted the warranty company directly and learned that the dealership had not submitted the necessary documentation for approval, which contributed to additional delays in the repair process.
Communication throughout this experience was extremely poor. Calls were rarely answered and updates were not provided. Because of this, my son had to visit the dealership in person just to receive updates on the status of his vehicle. During one of these visits, a service employee named Chris mocked him by saying, “You’re back for your daily visit.” This was highly unprofessional and inappropriate behavior toward a customer.
By February 20th, after more than a month of ongoing issues and delays, we made the decision to remove the vehicle from the dealership and take it to another repair shop. That shop informed us that the thermostat and radiator repairs previously performed by Bachman would need to be redone, raising serious concerns about the quality of the work performed.
This situation resulted in over a month without reliable transportation, lost work income, repeated repair attempts, and extremely poor communication from the dealership.”

“Bachman damaged my vehicle during a service appointment. Was told my vehicle would be fixed then both Ryan and Jeremey became unresponsive. When I was able to get ahold of one “them” they would tell me they would call me back with an appointment for repair but never received a date. Also Reported vehicle damage to Bachman ceo leaving a voicemail in which I never received a call back. Next step is reporting to BBB and getting a lawyer involved. I bought a brand new 2023 dodge Durango for 60k with 0 miles and they damaged the door replacing trim around the window. A year later I have a brand new vehicle with a dented door. Very unprofessional to tell a customer you’re going to call them back. For example Spoke to Ryan on the phone a few weeks ago(early January)and he told me he was on a test drive and to text him my vin# and would call me back and didn’t(now February). Spoke to another technician manager before thanksgiving 2025 and did not get a call back. I have text messages, emails etc of going back and forth for a year now with Bachman techs.”

“Second Ram bought from this dealership. Keith J , the general manger is honest and a great guy. Easy to work with and fair. Easy process from 2 hrs away. They build RAMS the right way and any issues are handled immediately and the best way for the customer. Giancarlos was also very responsive and great to work with. I will definitely buy my next truck here”

“Bought our first brand new car here. Gavin was very helpful. Knew we lived out of town and would send us text updates on available vehicles and options. Made the day we bought go very quickly and got exactly what we wanted.”
