Noah, our sales person, who helped us with our purchase was terrific! And VERY HELPFUL after all our problems with our purchase. Monday Memorial Day aftetnoon 2026. But before we had the car 24 hours, it wouldn't start in our driveway the next morning. We found out The battery was bad and so was the alternator after taking it to our local car shop. We were told on the phone by a Nissan representative to 'jump it' when we called to report the situation. Later had problems with a Nissan representative who said 'there's no way the battery AND the alternator could have gone bad'. Our local car shop informed us, that yes, they do. The car was a 2024 Subaru with AS IS on the window sticker. Buyer beware. Luckily our good sense had us think to buy a warranty on it-- or we'd be out BIG $$$$ to have the battery and alternator replaced ON TOP of our purchase price. Had hoped dealing with a new ownership- as we were told- wouldn't have been so shitty. Try harder next time when a buyer has CASH money the day of the sale and wants to be treated as such.

I must say this was Definitely a 5 Star Experience. Our Sales Pro Jeremey Tisdel was excellent to work with, Highly Recommend. Matt in Finance was also excellent to work with. We walked in to look a a Kicks, but immediately, changed our minds when we saw the New 2026 Obsidian Green Rogue. We drove home with it off the showroom floor. Make sure you ask for Jeremey Tisdel, he is quick on his feet and also has an excellent sense of humor for dealing with Nervous jokesters like me.

David was great. My entire experience with everything at the dealership went smoothly, no pressure no haggling, the up front price and information about the rebate were explained up front. I would definitely recommend this dealership and David.

Jeremy did a good job. He was new so he had to check with his manager on my questions/concerns. Service was good but very slow. No negotiations were permitted and it took well over an hour to sign papers. The whole process could've been done in 15 minutes. Just not most efficient buying experience

This was the second dealership we tried after the first one went badly and we walked away with no car. They upcharged the car and didn't work with us at all. Nissan of Jefferson City was the complete opposite! Very personable and friendly and as someone who is growing their credit score and history, they worked with me very well. We loved our experience here and walked away with a car we love that was fairly priced and a good deal! Definitely would recommend this dealership.
