No pressure sales. Had an idea on what I wanted to buy. This is my fourth Mazda CX-5, so it was really easy. I have bought all of my cars from this location but different owners, Duval Mazda, Hodges Mazda and now Mazda of the Avenues. Ken met me outside and was wondering what my interest was. Advised him I was wanting to trade in my 2021 CX-5 for a new model. Wanted to review the difference between the 2026 and the 2025. Decided that the 2025 was the way to go. We talked about features and color options. There were plenty of options to choose from and different features. I thought I wanted to do white or Quartz but did not want to do black seats.We quickly narrowed it down to the Rhodium White Metallic. Ken found a white seat model and also a red seated model. He parked both cars next to each other and allowed me time to look over both. Test drove the car and decided that the Carbon Edition White with the red seats was the choice. Paperwork went smoothly for the trade, they were very reasonable with their offer better then Carvana. Ted in financing went over all the options and again no high pressure for add on I said no and he moved on. The car was detailed and ready to roll a short time later. I never felt pressured and all the people there was super helpful. Andrea (internet sales) assisted me as well. I WILL continue to purchase my cars locally. I have gotten calls from Ken sales associate, servicing Steve and Andrew the GM called me to ask how things were going with my new car. A great group of people for sure. Alvin in service got my locking lug nuts on in less then 15 minutes . Clean friendly business. Thank you!!!!

OMG! I spent the last 3 months researching minivans and decided on the Toyota Sienna Hybrid. I just happened to catch a "just listed" one at Mazda on the Avenue. We went in, met Matt for a Test drive at 1500 ( 3 PM) and it was near perfect! Everything including the color and interior met or exceeded our expectations. We went on a good test drive and bought the van. Ray walked us through sales and Ted closed the business end. Although I retired from the airlines after flying worldwide in 2012, this was my first experience in a little rocket! The staff was friendly,humorous, Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This old retired Captain knows people, and these are terrific people! AND THE VAN LOOKS BRAND NEW!🤩 BTW, my beautiful wife says to tell the GM " These guys need a payraise!".

I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 last year, and the experience from start to finish has been excellent. My salesperson, Kaylin, immediately made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my needs, especially when it came to finding the right vehicle for myself and my family. She was understanding, patient, and incredibly efficient. I was able to get into my car and drive off the lot in what I’d honestly call record time. I’m currently waiting to pick up my vehicle from its first service appointment, and I want to highlight the continued professionalism from the team. There were a couple of items discussed at the time of purchase that couldn’t be addressed then due to time constraints, but Ray, one of the sales managers, and Blake from the service department went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were fully addressed and resolved. I truly appreciate how smooth and stress-free the purchasing process was, and how attentive, responsive, and professional the entire staff has been so far. It’s reassuring to know that the support doesn’t stop once you leave the lot. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

I asked chat ai what I should expect for a monthly payment given all the factors prior to going in. And long story short, it ended up correct so I feel assured I got a fair deal. Short story long, there were 3 main things I liked in addition to that. 1. Cadence right out of the gate had already put some thought, on short notice as I finally responded to one of her month long attempts to reach me, and came in the day of our text exchange. I was intending on the same car model and color I was trading in but new, white cx-5. Ended up going with her suggestion given that the cx-50 offered a significant discount due to that model having a loyalty rewards promotion and a "mean look." Polymetal grey. Next thing ya know 2. Hector's with me on a test run. Even though my credit was sub prime and I thought I was cooked on getting bank approval, he said not to lose faith as they were trying multiple banks and I was sitting with anxiety. Sure enough was approved. 3. Gerald the finance myth, man the legend came through with some really cool no paperwork touch screen stuff that really sped up the process. And answered all my last minute doubt questions with honesty. End review.
