“A couple of years ago we purchased a car from Jax Imports. At the time of purchase we had a great salesman and a good experience. We purchased an extended warranty to cover any mechanical problems that may arise. 22 months later we paid the car in full. Once we received the letter from the lending bank confirming the paid in full status & the subsequent actions needed to be taken, I contacted Jax Imports regarding the extended warranty without getting any results. To date it has been 2 months since paying off the vehicle and my first attempt to speak with the General Manager who I have been told numerous times by several employees is the only person that handles the extended warranty’s. I have made numerous phone calls and left several text messages to date and have not yet even had the courtesy of a status update. I feel like this has been terrible customer service from the General Manager. I have had to contact the holder of the extended warranty myself. They explained that the dealership is responsible for contacting them and I needed to contact the dealership. Upon my explanation of how this dealership refuses to follow through I was able to handle in less than 10 minutes what the GM of Jax Imports has not done in 2 months. My review rating is the Sales staff 4*, Product 4* but GM -0*’s. I hope others have a more pleasant & less frustrating experience if they need assistance from the current GM~ Ms Vivian ~ who in my experience does not return phone calls or follow through with text messages.”

“Update: A kind employee did end up reaching out to me and quickly responded to my concern. I now have an estimated delivery for my keys and I’m very thankful for Vivian! —— Bought a car here 1 1/2 months ago and the process was quick and easy. I live in Georgia and the drive to get here was 7 hours. Unfortunately I still have not received my car’s 2nd key despite being told it would be mailed to me. I tried reaching out to Fabian and called as well and was told by Don that they would give me an update. I never got an update and never got my second key. The drive going to Florida from Georgia is something I can’t fit with my schedule and I wouldn’t even mind getting charged for the cost of mailing. I would just really like an actual update from anyone at the store about my keys. The car is great and I love her to death but everyday I am thinking about my spare car keys and the lack of answer I’m receiving.”
