“OMG my first time at the dealership just to take a look. I was paired with Denis as my sales associate to show me around. I told him I always wanted a pickup truck but never got one. He listened to my story, showed me the Jeep Gladiator, took me on a test drive and sold it very well!!! I still wasn’t planning on buying anything just looking. “I paid $4,500 for repairs and the dealership told me my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica was fixed. On my very next drive, while crossing the St. Johns River bridge, the car lost power and became hard to control. I barely avoided an accident and only managed to stop at Fresh Market, where it stalled completely and had to be towed. At that moment, multiple warning lights appeared: ABS (anti-lock brakes), SRS airbag (airbag system), BRAKE (brake warning), and Check Engine (engine/electronics fault). This car spent nearly 2 months in their shop. I gave it to them with one problem (transmission), and they returned it with several new safety problems. Other reviews describe the same pattern — customers pay thousands, get cars back in worse condition, and the dealership takes no responsibility. This is not just bad service, it is dangerous.”

“Just purchased a beautifully maintained GMC Yukon from Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. What a great experience! From my opening contact with Rashon Graves (Internet Sales Manager) through the process of working with the Sales Representatives Ben Dubeau and Lorenc and closing with Stuart, everyone was excellent. No surprises and no pressure to add on unrequested options. I’ve been buying vehicles for over 50 years and had a variety of experiences with car dealers. This was a positive well handled experience. Got the vehicle I wanted and was very impressed with the vehicle’s condition and recent service. I drove from St Pete to Jacksonville to make the purchase and it was worth the drive. As a side note, Stuart should be doing stand up comedy as his jokes helped get us through all the paperwork that the government requires.
