I have had the worst experience from the service department that is an epitome of why most people do not trust dealerships. My initial appointment in December took 3 phone calls to actually schedule an appointment. I scheduled the appointment, never received an appointment confirmation so I followed up, thankfully I did as no appointment was scheduled. This was the first sign of concern. From that point on, when my car finally went in to get serviced (mind you this is a 2023 mustang still covered under manufacturer warranty), I had to rent a vehicle as the dealer said they had no loaners available. I wasted over $300 as they didn’t touch or move my vehicle while it was there. So I was told to pick my vehicle up and drop it off on a Tuesday since it was drivable. I bring the vehicle back and they had no record of why I was there and asked me if the service i said needed done was my recommendation or the service advisors. I had to speak with a manager to get the vehicle done by the next morning. Well that unfortunately was not the end of the situation as the shift table relearn didnt fix the issue. I was told to drive it 500 miles which I did and reached out to let them know to reschedule me to get it fixed. I was told they were busy with transmission work and would get back with me. A MONTH LATER I had to follow up as there was NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever and was told I could be scheduled the following week. I told them I needed a loaner this time as I would not be ok with covering the cost of another rental so I was told I would get contacted to get that taken care of. I never heard back, so once again I had to call the dealership after 2 weeks of hearing nothing. Then once the repairs are finished and I return the loaner, I was charged for gas even though i filled the vehicle back up to the same exact level as I got it. On the form it said I returned it on 1/2 a tank and I returned it on 7/8 of a tank and even filled up across the street 2 minutes prior to drop off. I messaged Joseph to correct this and I was told he would get with his manager…. Meaning I will never hear back from them again…. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I purchased a beautiful used Ford edge from Alternation Ford Orange Park last March and was very pleased with the entire process and the sales person, Paul. He made purchasing my new car very pleasant. I am still very happy with my Ford edge. It is so smart it is unbelievablel. Today I took my car in to get it serviced and they did an excellent job. They advised what was done and checked my brakes and advised it was time to repair them. They are a very busy company and with so many cars but everyone was very polite even though it took longer than I expected I still have to give them five stars. Matthew talked with both myself and my son letting us know it was important to get the brakes done which we will be doing. He was very informative in every way, very friendly and professional. I would recommend alternation Ford Orange Park for purchasing your car and having it service. I'm sure I will be purchasing my next vehicle here as well.

I went autoNation after my car was totaled. Kristen and the sale were very helpful with the buying process. Kristen was very helpful and she was not overbearing or trying to push a sales.She took the time research their to fix the vehicle that I want. Found the Ford Ranger that I want and helped me stay in the price range that I set. I would recommend people to check out AutoNation .

Just picked up my new Ford Maverick XLT and couldn’t be happier. Auto Nation of Orange Park is a great place to do your shopping and buy your next vehicle. The salesperson and finance department were great, one of the easiest time buying my truck I ever had. Would buy from them again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Great job !!!!

I recently purchased a used Tesla Model X from AutoNation Ford and the experience was nothing but positive. They had the car shipped from an AutoNation dealer in South Florida at a very fair price, they gave me a fair price for my trade unlike Carmax or Carvanna that low balled so low I literally laughed out loud as I was walking out. The salesman Paul was awesome to work with. I know how the process goes and that the “Let me run this by my manager bit” though necessary can get old quick. However He was not pushy and facilitated everything from test drive to the close of the deal very smoothly with no pressure and VERY little back and forth between himself and the sales manager. Since the car was being shipped the deal took a few days (which was totally expected) but communication was great and he always responded quickly with any questions I had. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle from this dealer and especially Paul. It’s not easy finding a salesperson that doesn’t nag you to death or try to coerce you into something you don’t actually want. Even finance was smooth even though I brought my own financing. I have had issues with other dealers that get all weird and pushy when you try to finance outside of the institutions they are partnered with.
