“I brought my 2013 Audi A4 to Audi of Orange Park for an oil leak diagnosis. The estimate changed multiple times during the visit, and communication was inconsistent.
At pickup, I discovered the hood would no longer stay open, which was not an issue when I dropped the car off. I had to ask for this to be documented, and no resolution was offered.
I also never received a customer satisfaction survey after the visit. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and professionalism. I expected better from an Audi dealership.”

“Gave them written examples of exact same cars that are much lower priced, and all they kept saying was their car was priced correctly and ignored my proof of lower pricing . No attempt was made to match or come close to the price in writing.Then text messages started to get nasty and started bringing up my budget negatively .I don’t know why dealers just don’t send you options when you give them a number. Instead this dealer decided to be more insulting. Won’t shop there ever.stay away!”

“James was my salesperson and he was awesome! He did not over pressure me. He gave me all the facts and gave me room to make my decision. He helped guide me more than anything else. Everyone was open and very helpful.”

“I picked up my vehicle 12/3/25 after an oil change. The service advisor Cameron was very nice during my appointment. But when i picked up my vehicle another worker named Von assisted me during check out & he was extremely un-friendly with a cold demeanor. Which was strange because he assisted a Caucasian female right before me and was extremely friendly towards her. He even told her to have a great day after assisting her. But was the complete opposite towards me when i’m a customer as well spending my money at this establishment.”

“I had an excellent experience at the Audi dealership in Orange Park, Florida. Thus far, the customer service has been phenomenal — truly the best I’ve had at any dealership.
My service technician, Lionel, was professional, helpful, and did a great job even as a new employee.
While attempting to use an online coupon for an oil change, there was some uncertainty surrounding the details in the fine print. Thankfully, Rob the manager, stepped in, shared some clarifications, and was gracious enough to honor the coupon.
After a diagnostic assessment, they discovered some issues that were still under warranty on my vehicle.
I was offered a loaner vehicle which Rob graciously ensured was one in which my physically disabled sister-in-law could comfortably get into. I greatly appreciated his care and attention in making this accommodation for my family.
Marty was also fantastic. He made the process smooth, as he guided me through the service shop for the oil change on the loaner, making sure I was able to get back on the road as soon as possible.
Everyone I interacted with was accommodating, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. If you’re an Audi driver looking for stellar customer service, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you to Rob, Marty, Lionel and the entire crew of service mechanics for an unmatched customer service experience.”
