I was just able to in 48 hours from 3000 miles away on FaceTime buy a car from Aiden who was an outstanding salesman. He gave me a great video walk-through the car within minutes. I arranged for a third-party to come out on my behalf a couple hours later to drive and test the car for me. Couple hours later, we did the paperwork and I own the car. This was all within about five hours for me finding the car online. The price was great too Then Aiden arranged to have the car dropped off at a customer upholstery shop where I’m having the interior redone. I highly recommend this dealership. They didn’t know me from anyone. I was just a person who fell out an online form, saying I was interested in the car.

It’s not every day you get to buy your dream car from your friend. Aiden, I can’t thank you and Pete enough for the deals you pulled to get me my RS3- literally went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the options and the way this car drives. Go see Aiden to buy a car!!

I'd like to give a special shoutout to Aaron in the service department for his outstanding customer service. Despite my 2025 vehicle having only 440 miles on it, the engine and drivetrain lights came on for the third time, and Aaron was instrumental in getting the problem fixed. His professionalism and dedication to resolving the issue were impressive, and I'm grateful for his help, especially considering the hour-long drive I have to make to get to the service department.

Well, I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I bought a used Traverse from these folks on 12-31-25. During the test drive, we noted that there was a "service parking brake" light on the dash, and it temporarily gave a "shift to park" message when the vehicle was already in park. They had their mechanic check it out and he assured me that it was "just a light" and that everything was working properly otherwise, encouraging me to ignore it. The sales rep made multiple attempts to convince me "not to worry about it". I clearly let them know that if it was not in writing that they would repair the issue, I would not buy the car. They eventually agreed, but I had to take my vehicle to their Chevy dealer (Hanania) in St. Augustine over an hour away. I agreed. I shouldn't have. They way they noted the issue on the paperwork, they mentioned the parking brake issue. I didn't think much about it at the time as I figured the problems were related. They were not. They did replace a faulty module for the parking brake, but refused to replace the shifter which was found to be the other problem. Multiple phone calls and text messages later, as well as multiple assurances from my sales guy that he was " finding someone who will fix this for me" have failed. I ended up buying the part and made the repair myself. My advice - be very careful dealing this this place! Once they have the sale, they clearly won't stand behind it. If this is the was you're treated at one Hanania dealership, I would expect they all operate this way. BEWARE!

I worked with Carlos getting parts for my car. He was very helpful and communicated well with me through every step of the process. Their online e-store have really good prices compared to others across the country. Shipping was fast. I was confused with the front bumper part number, but Carlos clarified everything and assured me I would be receiving exactly the correct bumper for my car which I did. Thank you guys and I will be using them in the future again.
