“After doing research and speaking to my insurance guy, the best family friendly and SAFE car is a Nissan. I went from a civic to view a Nissan Pathfinder. Mateo who handled the sales was so patient, he didn't push me into anything but allowed me to explain what I wanted and he took his time sent me what he had in stock and sent me everything about each car. When I finally felt excited to see/purchase the car he made the process smooth and explained each number. He answered the questions I had and never pressured me. Finally Luis in the financial department was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and transparent, making sure to allow me to understand the different packages of my finance and the quality of each, he didn't pressure me to get the highest one but he advised me to look at what I needed with my civic and maybe look into a package that will cover the things I wish I did on my civic. All together they were pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and TRANSPARENT. I would recommend my family and friends because I know they would be taken care of. Thank you guys so much.”
