“Received a 2nd recall letter on my Bronco, called Fletcher Ford where I purchased my Bronco. I also had 4 recalls on my F250 , made 2 appointments one for each vehicle at the same time, it was 2 weeks out, which was perfect. Receptionist in the service department double checked each recall to make sure parts would be there. I called back 1 week prior to appointment to make sure everything was still on track. Drove an hour to get there check in, tech said F250 is all good, Bronco recall is for faulty seat bolts?, I said no my letter (which I had in hand) states camera issue. Tech then stated that is was taken care of the last time I was here, they didn't entered as cleared after it was fixed. SOOO after checking twice before driving an hour each way, I was told sorry. So they did the recall in August 2025 and didn't Fletcher didn't clear it, wasn't even that I had recall done elsewhere. Just a sorry, no let me compensate you for you and your husbands time off work (because both of us didn't need to come if just the F250 needed recall fixed), you driving 2 vehicles, your gas which is at an all time high, or for our mistake. Just handed my keys back and said sorry. Great customer service.”

“Why can't my vehicle be serviced in Joplin. Other Ford centers will...so it's an owner policy not to just because of a 2012 year and no prior service with Joplin? So I have to travel farther, rediculous. I actually want my services through ford rather than going to alternative mechanic shops. What the heck?!”
