“I recently went in for the 10K mile maintenance on the 90K King Ranch I bought here. The app has a long list of items to be checked and serviced. This includes rotating the tires. I know for a fact the tires were not rotated because the same tire is still leaking in tbe same location on the vehicle. If this wasn't done I can't help but question what else was skipped over. To top it off when I get my vehicle back it has oil on the center console and door interior as well as the door handle outside. C'mon y'all, this is a $90K truck that i have worked hard to keep in immaculate condition. Show some respect. I will likely do different when it comes to purchasing our next vehicle.”
