“Bought a convertible BMW 650i from these crooks I drove it back to Virginia just to find out it had stop leak in the coolant tank. According to my diagnostic which I have paperwork for proof from bmw it had to have the coolant tank replaced the water pump correctly changed not just with stop leak to try to cover up the damage also, while in idle, if you pressed on the gas smoke came out the exhaust due to a blown head gasket. Mind you these crooks told me that the car was just inspected. I did notice a big gap on the Carfax that It wasnt serviced since 2019. They lied and told me it was just not updated on the carfax but that they just serviced the car which again completely my fault for taking their word for it . After I contacted the manager at zetts, I was sent a cash app for $700 to cover the control arms that was it. They weren’t willing to cover anything else. The car had no warranty and according to my lawyer New Jersey state law states after 3 days I can’t return the car . Don’t make the same mistake I did and purchase a car without having a mechanic thoroughly inspected it first because they are all liars here. Worst experience of my life.!!!!!”
