He was very attentive and communicated with us through both calls and texts—whichever was most comfortable for us as customers. “A waste of my time and money. I’ve given this location two chances and both times I’ve left angrier and just as stuck as when I made the appointment. Brought in for a battery change, oil change and to check on discovered rat damage on a 21,000 mile vehicle (Had failed starts on the vehicle a week prior. Suspected bad battery based on what I’d seen but wanted to make sure the rats hadn’t chewed things I couldn’t see. The battery is 5 years old now and due for changing). Then I’m hit with a $760 quote for four spark plugs, a wheel alignment and then told that my multi point inspection doesn’t actually include inspecting the rat damage. I’d have to come back during a weekday instead for that additional service. All in all, battery was not changed like requested, rat damage not assessed, and parts in the engine were fully not clipped back together before the vehicle was handed back. Unreal. So you’re telling me you’ll dismantle enough of the engine to get to the spark plugs but you can’t look at the damage to the insulation that’s right infront of you. Sure. The last time I’d visited the internal computer on my vehicle service alert was never reset. So, I continued to have daily maintenance alerts for the following year until I brought it back in for service today. I’ll be bringing my vehicle elsewhere and getting second opinions on proposed service suggestions. Got home and discovered my engine filter housing wasn’t even closed and was just sitting there. I shouldn’t have to double check the work of the dealership. If I wanted paranoia I would’ve gone to any mom and pop shop. Had videos and photos of my issues that they supposedly couldn’t locate or replicate. Didn’t bother to check those either. Do yourself a favor and drive the distance to any other hyundai location and I’m sure service will be better. Never had this issue at any other location.”

“This had to have been the best experience I have ever experienced at Dealer, George A was my Salesman and he was very Thorough and patient with me, told him what I was looking for and we drove a few cars, and was right on the money, when it came time to paperwork, I thought ok here we GO. How ever he not only was there with my payment, but it was quick and efficient! George you out did yourself brother! If you want to buy a car. This is the spot to buy! Alex too, the guy above him was polite and was honest no haggling - no I can’t do. It was YES YES YES ! So 1 to 10 Hyundai Hudson County on Communipaw get a 9.99% from me!”
