“I first walked to see someone to who then directed me to someone. That experience I was not satisfied. So I walked out. She called me and said “Hey I want to make this right, I am sorry for you bad experience. Come back tomorrow and see Keith Wimbush the guy that greeted you.” Ok I’ll give it a try. I came back and spoke with Keith and I needed a few other things came back the next day in the rain . Test drove my 2023 Nissan Rogue which with the help of Keith named the car “Black Magic” . I want to say thank you for the smooth transition in trading my car. Keith explained everything from A-Z. Keith treats you like family and has great hospitality. So I call Faulkner my friends in Jenkingtown. I am very happy with my purchase as I shopped around and this was the lowest price with the lowest miles.
