“First off I see a lot of reviews of people complaining about the car they bought or blah blah warranty this warranty that, they had my car forever……people you test drove and bought the car. How is that their fault you don’t do your research or know what to look for when buying a car. They are not a buy here pay here lot the cars don’t just all of a sudden brake as soon as you leave. Their sales and service department are great and Chaz porter does everything he can to help the customer. Everytime the wife’s care needs something if it’s just an oil change or recall work done ,they get it done when they say they will and it’s ALWAYS done right. Some people now a days just need to realize the customer isn’t always right and stop being rude to people that are trying to help you. That being said my car will always go back due to the exceptional service.”

“I took my Ford F150 in told me I needed new transmission. I had a warrant Yyler would never get all the information correctly to the head over the warra dept. He was always going to call us back day after day. We finally went and got our truck and brought it home. This place is building a big Ford dealership. I say people please go else where. They have poor communication with people. Tyler needs to be trained on what he needs to do or just stay in the back where he belongs. You are loosing business by doing people this way.”

“DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!
My experience with Jefferson Ford has been an absolute nightmare from day one. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and it has been nothing but problems since the moment I drove it off the lot.
The car was sold to me with a broken CV axle, warped rotors, multiple sensor issues, and even more problems that were never disclosed. They allowed this car to pass as “certified” and let me put my child in it knowing the condition it was in. I only learned what was wrong after I noticed the car shaking violently and asked about it.
While the car was in their shop, the communication was completely nonexistent. Every time I called for an update, I got the same line: “We’ll call you back.” They never did. I even got the service manager (Chaz) personal number, and he repeatedly ignored my texts and questions.
To make things worse, while my car was sitting on THEIR lot, they told me that the lawn crew kicked up a rock and shattered my back glass. This was after they had already kept my car for months, while I was still making payments on it.
I have asked multiple times to be put into another vehicle or refunded so I can get something safe and reliable. They refuse. At this point, they have had my car for longer than I have.
After keeping my car for three months, the sales manager Jason finally said it was “finished” and this was the “final product” they could offer me. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before more problems started. The sensors were still going off, and the FIRST time we rolled the window down, it wouldn’t go back up.
This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety. I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT buy a car from here. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again.
I will be filing a complaint with the DMV dealer board and Attorney General!”

“I got a fantastic deal at Jefferson Ford!
I was casually looking for an upgrade to my 2001 Ford F150 XLT super crew when I saw two similar 2024 F250 XL super crew 4x4’s advertised at Jefferson Ford for the same super prices online.
Connor Bentley showed me both and we took them out for a quick test drive. They were great solid work trucks. One only had 14 miles on it! But I am retired now, so I had to go with the best interior trim package which also had an STX appearance package and a tow package. It only had 14.5k on it -Just broken in well!
In fact, as it turned out, what with the big 415 CI (6.8L) gas V-8 engine, 10 speed transmission, FX4 Off-road package, fancy 18 inch cast aluminum wheels, and the towing package the truck not only had everything I needed but everything I wanted at an absolutely fantastic price that I could afford. Connor answered all my questions and if he didn’t know the answer right off, he soon found it for me.
When we decided to buy the truck before it was gone, Connor worked it up and turned us over to the Finance Manager Rex Coburn. Since I had not planned on buying anything that day, I had not arranged a loan beforehand. Rex found us a great auto loan rate and got us approved on the spot.
After the purchase, Connor followed up with all the small details we had discussed, got the truck detailed and meticulously answered all my follow-up queries.
In addition, I also had successful encounters with several other of the friendly Jefferson Ford staff members during the process as well.
I am 67 years old and have bought a fair number of vehicles during my lifetime, both new and used. I believe this was the easiest and most satisfying vehicle buying encounter I have ever had!
