ā€œI recently purchased a vehicle from this Hyundai dealership and had a very mixed experience. I want to give a huge thank you to Able, my salesperson—he was genuinely helpful, patient, easy to talk to, without pressure, and was transparent throughout the process. He made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier, and he’s the only reason we stayed and completed the purchase. He truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, my initial experience in finance with Mike Hanna was very frustrating. The process felt unclear, and there were multiple inconsistencies in pricing that made it difficult to feel confident in the numbers being presented. However, once we later worked with Darran Matthews, the experience improved significantly. He was more straightforward, knowledgeable, took the time to explain things clearly, was much more honest, and helped make the process feel more transparent and manageable. Thankfully, I had a family member with experience in car buying who helped us navigate everything. Without that, I don’t feel confident we would have received a fair deal and mostly likely would of walked. My advice to anyone purchasing here: review all numbers carefully, ask questions, and don’t feel pressured to move forward until everything is fully explained. If possible, I would recommend working with Darran Matthews and Abel ONLY! Overall, Able provided excellent service, and Darran helped turn things in a better direction—but the initial experience made the process more difficult than it should have been. Pros: -Open weekends -lots to choose from Cons: -Weekend detailing crew sucks -Must be knowledgeable to be treated fairly.ā€
